Global Climate Change, and an Idea:

So it sounds silly.
Have a rally against global warming? But we might look silly!
We are all trying to do our part, but visibility and growth in awareness is still a part of this battle. I just had a chance to make it through my Grist newsletter backlog, and saw this article- which Uncle Sam above is linked to. A group of recent college grads are trying to get people to organize their own rallies and participate in a new kind of protest on
April 14, nationwide.
They'll explain it better if you read, and better yet, check it out here too: Step it Up
Modest actions would imply this is a joke issue, that Exxon is right and we don't have to care.
Global Warming isn't in quotation marks anymore, and it isn't a theory.
You know me: I don't wear hemp only products and preach about there being a fucked up government, and I'm definitely not suggesting we hand out flowers and sing-a-long. But I ride my bike for a reason, you recycle for a reason, or you care about energy star ratings on your refrigerator, even if only because it saves money on the electric, for a reason.
April seems like a long time away, but things like this kind of sneak up on us- so try to read the articles, or anything you want about climate changes and global warming; just think about it between now and then and hopefully we can support a good idea.

Freakin Adorable

Eerie Cow Pasture

I love love this one, it looks like Hell is about to fall from the sky,
and at the same time that the cows don't care.
Let it Rain.
