Today is Not my Day. I have been here at the library since 9am. I scanned all of my transparencies and Eden images for my book on a scanner on the first floor, it took until noon. Then the Program Files file dissapered and Help Desk didn't understand, couldn't help. They told me to rescan. Rescan? It took me three hours! Okay, so I finally find a scanner attached to a Mac (i hate windows. i hate windows. it doesn't FUnCTION!), and there is a non-english speaking girl with a stack of shit to scan. It's now about 1pm. I have to shoot a few more images at 6pm, so need to leave here at 4pm. Are the walls getting closer? This building feels a lot smaller. And can we talk about the temperature being 68 degrees? M@therF#ck&r$. Cutting Glass here.

Shot with the Mark II 1D yesterday, below is the set- it's hard to make out, but between those gobo arms is a giant piece of immaculate plexiglass.

I should have been listening to the lecture on our new Digital Phot. assignment instead of making this post. But not only is it long overdue, if I close my eyes one more time "just for a second" I'm going to pass out on my keyboard and snore.
Saturday, April 29 was the Savannah College of Art & Design Sidewalk Arts Festival. It's a big deal. There was live music all day, everyone getting creative and dirty with high quality chalk, and lounging on a blanket in the sun for me. There also happened to be a large population of dogs present- which I took as a sign from Vishnu that come June (Giugno) I should rescue a dog, and spoil him rotten.
